Ocean/beach front condo for rent. Our condo has beautiful marble floors throughout, seperate air conditioning and ceiling fans for living room and bedroom. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances including espresso maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, indoor grill, waffle iron, lots of wine and marquerita glasses! the private balcony has a magnificent view of the pacific ocean, mismaloya bay and jungle. There is maid service, 24º security. There is a large terrace with swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, wel equipped gym and tennis court. Mismaloya beach is just a few steps down and offers fishing trips, snorkeling and scuba rental and tours. Or go for a horseback ride along the river in the jungle. Historic puerto vallarta is just 15 min away and offeres shopping, night life and world class golf.

Area Information

Mismaloya is a small town just a short walk away that offers several great places to eat. The movie 'night of the iguana' starring richard burton was filmed in mismaloya and the movie 'the predator' starring arnold schwartzenegger was filmed on the mismaloya beah and at a loation on the mismaloya river, the moive set is now a resturant, el eden. You can rent horses, bicycles, or on the beach you may go paragliding, go fishing, snorkeling or scuba diving. Or just ralax in a deck chair on the beach with a cold drink and a meal just cooked over a open fire. The bus stops right outside the condo every 15 min eliminating the need for a rental car. Puerto vallarta is just 15 min. Away and offers great shopping, night life and resturants. There are several worl class resturants in or around puerto vallarta.
