Property Description

The two bedroom georgian bungalow has a comfortablly furnished lounge with colour tv, vcr with children's videos and a radio. The modern kitchen/diner is fully equipped, encluding a microwave and large fridge-freezer. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and the bedrooms - one double and one twin both have fitted wardrobes. The bungalow has electric heating throughout operated through a £1 coin meter. There is a driveway with parking for 2/3 cars.

Area Information

The gower peninsular was the first place in britain to be designated as an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' because of its stunningly beautiful unspoilt coastline and countryside. The bungalow is at the friendly gower holiday village, on the edge of scurlage in the lovely gower countryside, 2 miles from the coast and about 10 miles from swansea. The facilities provided for our guests include an indoor games room, heated swimming pool, sauna, spa bath and solarium, children's playground, putting green, launderette, snack bar and traditional public house. Also within a couple of minutes walk are a village store, doctor's surgery, chemist's shop and hairdresser's salon. The area boasts 3 golf courses, a riding school, facilities for rock climbing, abseiling,surfing and scuba diving. There are wonderful coastal woodland and country walks, and of course award winning safe sandy beaches in abundance.
