Golden bay is a beautiful region in the north west tip of the south island of new zealand. It is enclosed by large mountains covered in native new zealand bush and has a lovely quiet local community nestled amongst the many beaches and coves. Golden bay has severa large rivers that are magnificent for swimming and fishing, also a vast collection of walking tracks and shelters, for overnights excursions or day tramps.
