Property Description

This delightful cottage has 2 bedrooms and is unique, as the lounge kitchen and dinning area is open from floor to ceiling. The staircase and bedroom fittings are all produced from pinewood and combined with exposed beams give a natural country feel. the ample night storage central heating gives a cosy atmosphere in the colder months. the master bedroom is situated at the top of the staircase onto a gallery, adjacent is the en-suite shower room with a shower, hand wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom on the ground floor has pinewood bunk-beds (full size 3 feet wide), and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower above, hand wash basin & toilet.

Area Information

The cottages are located in the heart of the countryside, yet close to the sea. Just down the road is the spectacular beach at sandymouth which is excellent for swimming or surfing and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season. At low tide the beach stretches all the way to bude some three miles south with some amazing rock formations along the way! there are plenty of rock pools and the abundant sea-life will keep the children amused for hours.
