Property Description

Trenwith has a well equipped kitchen including the all important dishwasher and colour tv. There is a large lounge with a large tv, a video recorder and dvd player. There is also a smaller lounge which also has a tv and video recorder. The front door leads through a large porch to a small private lawned garden with flowers & shrubs where you will find comfortable garden furniture. The rear entrance leads to the large car park solely for the trenwith house.Double glazed and night storage central heating keep it cosy and warm during the colder months.

Area Information

Houndapitt farm cottages are located in the heart of the countryside, yet close to the sea. Just down the road is the spectacular beach at sandymouth which is excellent for swimming or surfing and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season. At low tide the beach stretches all the way to bude some three miles south with some amazing rock formations along the way! there are plenty of rock pools and the abundant sea-life will keep the children amused for hours.
