Property Description

Villa echium is found in a posh villa area, garajau, with beautiful houses in their well kept gardens. It is five minutes from the bustling city funchal, but still far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing and almost sleepy atmosphere. There are two apartments. The upper with its classical decoration and a terrace with a sea and garden view, is sleeping 4. The bottom apartment is more modern decorated with direct entrance to the garden and its pond. This one sleeps 2 + 1. Both have well equipped kitchens. Bakery, chemist, supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 minutes away by foot. There is diving, tennis, walking, jogging and sailing sports available in the immediate area. It takes 5 minutes to the nearest golf course. What about just grilling, relaxing end enjoying the sun beds in the garden?
