A newly built villa that stands in a raised position approximately 800 meters above the traditional village of lefkogia , offers stunning panoramic views over the area of plakias and libyan sea beyond. It is nicely positioned in 5000 sqm grounds between gardens with colorful flowers, fruit trees and olive groves. This luxurious villa is suitable for 8 people with four bedrooms in 135 sqm size. there is a private 50 sqm swimming pool, including children’s pool and a bbq area near. Nine steps from the swimming pool are leading to the entrance of the spacious villa. The raised ground floor guides to the comfortable living area which includes a fireplace with a corner sofa, t.V, a stereo sound system and a coffee table. there is a fully equipped kitchen located on the raised ground floor, with a fridge and a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dining table. From the dining area one can reach the garden. Further, there is a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a roomy wardrobe and a bathroom which includes a washing machine. All the bedrooms have air conditioning which is included in the price. from the living room there is a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor where the main bedrooms are located. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom, two of them contain two single beds with wardrobes, and the third one contains a double bed and a private veranda with view to the garden and landscape. Opposite of the rooms there is a covered veranda. in the village of lefkogia there are 2 mini-markets, 2 tavernas and a small traditional bakery. A large choice of amenities can be found in plakias and the beautiful pebble bays of amoudi are only 2 km away. For further excellent choice, the beaches of shoinaria, damnoni and plakias are about 4 km away. rates for the requested property are according the type of unit you choose, the exact dates and the number of guests.Minimum stay is 1 week.
