'casa giulia' is a new apartment that was completed in 2000. The first floor of the apartment is tastefully furnished with typical sardinian linens and characteristic pieces of furniture and has a front terrace with views of the sea. there is a living room with sofa, chairs and dining table, as well as an open kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has air–conditioning and includes one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The large (30 square metres) and fully furnished terrace, which becomes the main living area in the summer months and a very pleasant spot to enjoy breakfast or a shady lunch, provides beautiful sea views. Grocery shops and restaurant are all available in liscia di vacca, a stroll from the house.

casa giulia is a 15-minute walk from beaches and also from porto cervo. just 2 km away, there are other beaches with sand and cliffs, and a little further there are famous beaches like liscia ruja, cala di volpe and pevero.the apartment are just 30 from olbia costa smeralda and 130 km from alghro fertilia airport, where many international flights arrive. from many countries, cheaper flights are available, e.g. with ( http://www.easyjet.co.uk ) and ( http://www.ryanair.com ) that arrive these airports. all these airports have offices for the major car hire companies.
