This superb villa ranks as one of the finest in pollensa. We are really delighted to it this year. Set in the la font area it is surrounded by lovely gardens with fish pond, wines, fruit trees and extensive lawns. the beautiful private swimming pool, with a jacuzzi is a delight and the large spacious sun terraces have a covered shady barbecue kitchen with fully glazed doors. Inside this is a really magnificent house. on the ground floor of the house is to be found an entrance hall, the large lounge/dining room, a sitting room, the long breakfast/kitchen and also a grand double bedroom and adjacent full bathroom. a pine staircase leads to the upstairs three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms the old town of pollensa is a short five minute drive away pto pollensa on the other hand is a ten minute drive away. the perfect choice for families who wish to enjoy the comforts of a really exclusive house.
