The apartment that thinks its a villa!! unique design on the ground floor featuring front and rear entrance through a private courtyard. Located just a 5 minute stroll to the fabulous beaches,shops and restaurants, 3 miles fromn the moorish "mojacar pueblo"favorite of artists and writers with its winding narrow streets, flower bedecked houses clinging to the hillside and super views. You will find this area of spain unspoilt, (no structure over three storeys allowed)long sandy beaches, many blue flag. we are situated in a high class residential area within a very well maintained complex of just 30 apartments,the pool is only 20 yards through lovely gardens and you usually have it to yourselves(except in high season) we are particularly happy that although we have only owned the property for one year most of our guests want to come back..They loved it as much as we do!!
