Property Description

The restoration of an old tuscan farmhouse, built in 1878, has resulted in 4 charming, self-catering apartments/suites and a nice villa with private garden, all provided with independent entrances. They're situated in tuscany -- in the center of italy, in the community of montepulciano, in the province of siena -- just halfway between florence and rome. a long, cypress-lined drive leading to the farm sets the tone of its country elegance. The accommodations are completely hand-decorated, and are embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined, cosy, and exclusive atmosphere. The apartments are called glicine, rose, edera (for 2 persons each), 1 suite/apartment girasole (for 4 persons) and 1 independent villa le viole (for 4 people), all provided with independent entrances. all apartments/suites for 2 people are on ground level. They each have a large bedroom with a ceiling fan, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a jacuzzi hydro massage tub and a shower-bath. Their amenities include a hairdryer, satellite tv (cnn, euro sport, etc.), a phone, an internet connection, a safe, and independent heating. All windows have mosquito screens. the apartment for 4 people, has an independent entrance on ground floor. One bedroom with matrimonial queen bed with ceiling fan. One big bathroom with jacuzzi hydro massage tub, separate shower and hair dryer. One other bedroom with matrimonial queen bed with ceiling fan; with its bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The dinning room and kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, american style coffee machine and toaster. Inside there is also a sofa. the villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large, fully-equipped large kitchen (which includes a microwave oven, a fridge, an american-style coffee machine, and toaster). There is one matrimonial bedroom with a queen-bed and overhead ceiling fans. There is a bathroom with a jacuzzi hydro massage tub and a hairdryer. On the first floor there is one matrimonial bedroom with a four-poster bed and overhead ceiling fans. There is also a bathroom with hydro massage shower and a hairdryer. le manzinaie also offers a parking area, an open pool equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, a large garden, a barbecue, and a gazebo.
