A 4th floor apartment which is fully furnished & equipped to a high standard, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & plenty of drawer space. the lounge has a large sofa bed,these rooms have cooling/heater fans. the apartment has satellite tv,dvd,vhs & mp3 also there is a good selection of dvd's, cd's videos & board games. the 2 fully furnished terraces allow for full sun all day. the apartment has secure reserved parking & lifts to all floors. all linen ( except beach towels) cutlery & crockery is provided & there are place settings for 6 people.

Isla canela beach is 7km long & has been voted the 6th best in spain.The local shops,bars,restaurants,& 4 star hotels are all within walking distance.Isla canela golf course (reduced rates for residents) is a 5 minute drive,this complex has a driving range,pro shop,tapas bar & bowling greens.There are plenty more within driving distance.The fishing village of punta de moral is a short stroll around the marina , here the bars & restaurants serve freshly caught fish at resonable prices.Fishing,water sports,bike hire ,tennis & bird watching can all be found in the marina area.Boat & coach excursions can be booked from the marina or hotels.The town of ayamonte is 10 minutes away & ,here you will find plenty of bars & restaurants around the town square,there is a ferry service to portugal from here & a market day on saturdays.
