Property Description

For those seeking a quiet setting and wonderful scenery, a more idyllic location would be hard to imagine. Yet still only 1 kilometre from centre of nerja. the house has been decorated and refurbished with rustic and artistic flair, and has a delighful feeling of space and comfort. Fantastic views to south down the valley to the sea, and all around to the almijara mountains. There is a private pool 8x4 metres in size, perfectly situated for sun all day with a cascading waterfall. Beside the pool there is a barbecue house with a covered terrace and seating for eight people. the old established garden all around is crowned with a magnificent old palm trees, providing shade from the daytime heat. you enter directly to the large lounge with many interesting and original features. There is an open fire place, full kitchen, satellite t.V., dining area. There are two double bedrooms, two twins, three bathrooms all ensuite, plus a separate w.C. Patio doors lead to terrace of private pool.
