Property Description

Our 2 bedroomed house is situated in la florida, a residential area about 3.5km from the beach and approx 5km south of the town of torrevieja. La florida has a well established community with its own supermarket ,restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. There is ample parking to the front and a large sun terrace to the rear overlooking a sunny courtyard of palms and citrus and of course a gorgeous pool! perfect for golfers and families - 3 golf courses (including villamartin)-15 minutes drive. Blue flag beach 10 mins drive. the property consists of a good-sized living room with an open plan kitchen. A separate dining room leads out to the sun terrace at the back of the house. The terrace comes complete with garden furniture. There is also a garden table and 4 chairs, which can be used for sitting at the front of the house. Three sun loungers are also available which can be used at the pool or on the rooftop for sunbathing. Downstairs there is also a small bathroom/ toilet. both bedrooms are upstairs each with their own balcony. From the back bedroom balcony, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop solarium. The main bathroom is also upstairs.

Our house is also accessible from murcia - san javier aiport which is only 20 mins away. The spanish town of torrevieja is a 10 min drive. Torrevieja has a beautiful promenade and marina with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.Nearby attractions for children include a water park at aquapolis and a safari park in nearby elche. The historic town of orihuela is a 25km drive and is a wonderful place to visit and stroll. There are many local markets to browse at, however the local market on saturday at playa flamenca is not to be missed!
