Out door living living in la manga is outside for most of the year for this reason you will find the garden very comfortable with dining furniture, sun loungers. Comfy sofa, arm chair and foot stool. For the real sun worshipper there is a large roof terrace with more sun loungers and dining table and chairs for 10, there is no better place to watch the magnificent sunsets, with a jug of sangria and ice from the ice maker. This terrace has a cooking area with electric griddles or you may prefer for the local marina restaurant to deliver and serve your meal for a special occasion. the pool is new and shaped with shade provided from a huge palm tree, plenty of room for lots of fun - it is not deep enough for diving, approx 5'6'' in the deep end, we are very close to the beach for olympic swimmers. the garden is completely enclosed around the house with hedge and has mature olive and fruit trees and an out door table tennis table comfort indoors inside the villa is well equipped to make your stay very comfortable, king size beds, plenty of pillows, linen and towels are provided including pool towels. the reverse air-con is run by 2 industrial size units that will keep you cool in the hottest weather. the new kitchen has marble work surfaces and splash backs, and we have every gadget you could want, plenty of indoor and outdoor crockery and glasses, breakfast dining table and chairs, filtered water system so no water to carry! large american frige freezer with ice maker. there will always be the makings for a cuppa and cold drinks on your arrival, if your flight is late at least something for a sandwich. If you would prefer a welcome pack can be organised as can a maid service. adsl connection is provided, bring your own lap top or we can organise one for you, also fax machine. Telephone use with honesty box. |
