This stylishly furnished and decorated flat of 35 square meters is situated in the heart of barceloneta ("little barcelona"). It has a large private terrace of 15 square meters. Ideal for a couple that wants to discover barcelona from this catalan neighbourhood by the sea and the old harbour. the apartment is on the top floor of the four-storey building. The fully equipped combined living/kitchen with a large dinner table and comfortable seats leads straight to the terrace. the terrace looks out over the rooftops of the barceloneta houses and the narrow streets and balconies for which barceloneta is famous. It is very sunny and has a table with chairs and a large beach umbrella, ideal for relaxing or dinner parties. The terrace also comes with special outdoor lighting. the apartment’s sole bedroom contains a double bed and provides access to the bathroom containing a small bath.
