Property Description

Situated on the edge the village of roussospiti, 5km south from rethymnon and the beach, the house is a well-appointed family house, which offers the height of comfort for a family of 6 people. It is close to a quiet road and taverna and is built against the wooded hillside on three floors, with garaging for 3 cars on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the upper floors. There are stone steps leading to the front door and beyond the hall is a large comfortable open plan living area comprising of a well equipped kitchenette partitioned by a large breakfast bar and sitting/dining areas with a fireplace. Off this area is a large double bedroom, with a double bed, shower/wc and a large plant filled veranda. A well lit handsome wooden open stair case, curves upwards and leads to the second floor with two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, a bathroom and verandas all of which have pretty views. All of the bedrooms have wooden floors and ceilings, spacious wardrobes and a desk. For cooler weather, central heating is available, which is included in the price. To extend the already wonderful views, you can go up to the small roof terrace of villa magnanna, which leads off one of the verandas. The peaceful surrounding views of the countryside and the relaxing hill village setting are sure to delight. behind the villa there the whole area of roussospiti is ideal for walking. There is a taverna in the village and the nearest supermarket is 4,5km away.
