Property Description

Three bedroom apartment with sea views is set directly front line beach, just 1 minute walk to the ocean. It has three bedrooms and is ideal for beach lovers and sun worshippers alike. The bustling town of calahonda with its numerous bars anad restaurants, internet cafe, shops and taxi rank is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are also numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive with the famous la cala golf & resort hotel just a 10 minute drive. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools, lawn area and a restaurant/bar. Malaga airport is a 25 minute drive and the famous town of marbella with all it´s designer shops and restaurants, and jet set puerto banus, also just a 15 minute drive. the apartment can sleep up to seven people, which is ideal for families who yearn to be close to the beach. There is air conditioning and in addition ceiling fans are fitted. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a further bathroom for the other bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is ideal for children.
