Burwood inn, circa 1890, in the heart of downtown toronto, is one of 16 historic, stately, brick, 3 story, victorian townhouses, that face south onto lovely cawthra square park. It has been updated with today's conveniences, but retains the charm of a century home with high ceilings, cornice mouldings, and grand proportions. As the owner lives in a separate apartment guests have maximum privacy and the full use of the ground floor, fully equipped, modern kitchen, dining room, living room and shady deck. We've furnished with antiques, original "group of seven" prints and unique art from canadian "one-of-a-kind craft show" artists. We offer five unique, air-conditioned bedrooms, four with en-suite baths, all with 65 channel cable tv/vcr.
