Area Information

The north of cyprus is one of a few unspoilt areas of the mediterranean. The villa is on the edge of the village of lapta, 20 mins drive from the old town of kyrenia (girne). There are plenty of restaurants, casinos and cafes, within 10 mins drive of the villa. There is escape beach, 10 mins away, gently shelving sand, ideal for young children with a nicely appointed reataurant/club overlooking the small bay. There are loads of activities including, scuba diving + instruction, horse riding, sea fishing, gulet trips, go karting, paragliding, hill walking, bird watching, turtle watching, ancient castles and monasteries to visit. The villa has its own large pool and pool bar which will undoubtedly form the centre of your holiday. There are 3 separate orchards with lemons, figs, almonds, carrob, olives etc. The house is built on the octagonal principle and is fully furnished including washing machine and dishwasher.
