Property Description

The residence is situated in the center of the medieval traditional village of loutra in the municipality of arkadi/rethymnon. During the venetian rule over crete this village was owned by the aristocrat mattheos kallergis. For this reason many of the old atmosphere has been preserved, like picturesque narrow streets, arcades, a fountain with an arab inscription and more. The village is situated in 8 km distance to rethymnon and about 3 km to the sea and is surrounded by olive groves. the residence is a luxurious building amidst of a beautiful garden with flowers and trees. In from of the villa there is a swimming pool. On the ground floor is the living room with open fireplace, the dining room, kitchen, a grand piano and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. These rooms are common to all habitants.
