Property Description

Accommodation is in a 3 storey house with 1 double bedroom and one large attic room, sleeping up to 6 people. The kitchen / dining room has electric cooker, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a wood burning stove. oak staircase leads up to first floor with double bedroom and bathroom w. Shower, toilet and washing machine. The top floor is a large attic room with 2 singles and a bunk bed, children's toys and a tv / vcr with lots of great tapes. There is a large garden area, with furniture for dining outside on hot days and plenty of space for children to run around in. ample parking, close to viewing platform with views of coast and mont saint michel (on a clear day!) village has grocers and baker along with a wonderful granite museum. 15 minutes drive to vire for major shops, supermarkets.

The house is situated in saint michel de montjoie, close to villedieu-les-poeles and vire which has a great outdoor swimming complex (aquavire). Ten minutes away are the forest of saint sever and the lac de dathée . Golf, fishing and horse riding are just some of the activities catered for locally.
