Property Description

The house is composed by entrance- kitchen- dinner room- tv fireplace and bed sofa for one person and bathroom with box shower. Through a wooden stair it is possible to access to two double bedrooms on the superior floor, one of them with two single beds on the floor inferior to the ground one, both of them with air conditioning. Véranda with barbecue. The external side of the house is endowed by a wooden covered veranda with table and trunks used as chairs, washbasin and barbecue. Tue veranda ins very good to grill in tue open land wich a view on cave.

In cava ispica, in the internal side of the archaeological park from which derives its the name rises a country completely renewed house. It enjoys of the fantastic monica panorama rich of numerous caves that are characterised by very particular features. The house enjoys of a wonderful position because it is located at very few minutes from monica historical centre, from the sea side and from the very nice places of the val di noto. Moreover from here it is possible go for a walk all around among the beauties of the archaeological park.
