Easily accessed (just 10 km. West of hwy 11, south of gravenhurst) and its proximity to toronto (about 90 minutes) makes it a perfect executive retreat, couples get-together, or family vacation, accommodating up to 8 adults very comfortably (in the summer, 6 in the winter). The property is very private. There are about 150' of water frontage, with stairs right to the water and 2 docks – one is about 30 feet long (with ladder for easy access) where water is about 4' deep, the second is about 12' long.
