Property Description

The apartment is located in praiano, the heart of the amalficoast, half way between positano and amalfi and in the center of the village. Two doublebedrooms (one doublebed can be divided into two single-beds), living-room with sofa-bed, citchen and bathroom.Baby-cot available by request. Large terrace (30m2) with sea-view, view to positano, "i galli" islands and faraglioni of capri. Aircondition in every room. Wintercentralheating. Next to the bus-stop, shops, restaurants and internet-point. Free parking along the road at 50m, pay-parking at 300m.

Area Information

Praiano is a smart little town right in the center of amalficoast between positano and amalfi. In the back the mountains "monte lattari" in front the gulf of salerno. The town offers every type of shops for selfcatering and nice restaurants. Two beaches where you find sunchairs to rent, bars and restaurants. Praiano has one of the most famous night-clubs "africana", located in a cave. It is possible to organise excursions to capri, pompeii, vesuvius, paestum, ravello, grotta smeraldo an much more. You can rent a scooter an explore the amalficoast on road or hire a boat and explore the coast from waterside.
