This newly built 2 bedroom chalet-style cottage/vacation home has much to offer - great location - just a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach on the wasaga beach strip. The living area has hardwood floors and an open concept cathedral ceiling. It is fully equipped with a lot of quaint accents throughout. It is a year-round cottage/vacation home on a well-landscaped lot and close to all the conveniences of wasaga beach. The lot is leveled, with a grassy yard. The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. At the front of the cottage there is a porch and a large wooden deck in the back yard, just perfect for that afternoon break. The main floor features an large open concept living room, kitchen, eating area and a gas fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the higher level with two full bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub.
