The cabin, built 2006, is of timber-frame construction, approximately 600 square feet, and features a loft area with queen bed. A fully-equipped kitchen with dining/living area is on the main level of the cabin, which also features a large indoor 3-piece bath, double futon, recliner. There is a huge deck for outdoor dining and enjoyment, as well as a gas barbecue grill and fire pit for campfires. Located on over 100 acres of forest and meadow land in the east kootenay region of british columbia. Nestled next to a creek and backing onto over 30 miles of crown land with a multitude of hiking/atv/cross country skiing trails, this property offers the ultimate outdoor setting. Located 5 minutes from lake koocanusa and the kootenay river with its world class fishing. Nearby lakes offer a refreshing swim during the summer heat as well as a place to launch or rent a boat, and the rivers feature world class fishing as well as canoeing and rafting.
