Property Description

Our estate is about 4 km from the town centre of sciacca and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 30,000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive trees. Our oldest olive tree has about 2000 years!! a choice of four modern, apartments situated on the first floor of the owners' villa. All apartments are fully equipped with sat-tv, hi-fi, fridge, toaster, heating, air conditioning, fans, garden furniture. Linen and towels are changed weekly. All guests have the use of a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and the internet to check or send emails. The villa's owners live on the ground floor.

Area Information

Sciacca (ca.40.000 inhabitants) is situated in the middle of the ancient greek temples itinerary, on the famous archeological road between selinunte and agrigento. It's one of the oldest towns in the island. Sciacca is noted mostly for its thermal spa complex, it's beautiful beaches, and it's numerous artisan shops which specialize in ceramic ware.
