Property Description

One bedroomed apartment – sleeps 2/4 a five minute walk from the centre of historic frejus, our 2nd floor apartment (no lift) is situated on a residence with well kept gardens, tennis courts and superb swimming pool. the residence is closed to all traffic but use of an underground garage is included in the rental fee. Pedestrian access/exit for garage is by lift or stairs. There is open additional parking adjacent to the residence. electricity and water are included. non-smoking adults only – regret no children or pets. accommodation (30m2) comprises:- lounge with full-size double clic clac sofa bed kitchenette with 2 electric rings bedroom with small double bed (120cms) bathroom with full-size bath and overbath shower separate w.C. enclosed terrace equipment includes:- fridge kettle microwave oven washing machine good selection of crockery and kitchen utensils duvets, blankets and pillows. steam iron & ironing board hair dryer cool box and ice packs use of tennis racquets and balls set of boules (playing area opposite residence) selection of board games, cards, etc. an information pack giving details of local transport, restaurants, places to see, etc. Is available in the apartment. the swimming pool is for exclusive use of residents and is open from mid-may to the end of september. Access to this and the four tennis courts is by magnetic card. The swimming pool is not supervised.

Area Information

Frejus is situated mid way between cannes and st. Tropez and adjacent to st. Raphael. The old town is a typical bustling french town with excellent shops and restaurants. The town centre is about a mile and a half from the sea where you will find a beautiful sandy beach and marina. There are many places of interest within the town and in the surrounding area - of particular interest are the roman amphitheatre, aqueduct and archeological museum. At the base nature there are cycle tracks and marked walking trails.
