Villa mariposa is a classic rustic 7 bedroom spanish villa set in a peaceful and unspoilt area of javea but yet just 150m from one of javea´s most famous beauty points which looks over to the island of portichol and its rugged coastline. for nature lovers this is a park area with many winding paths which in 15 minutes take you to the beach. Alternatively, by car, javea and it´s beaches, bars and shops is just 5 minutes away. The rear of the property overlooks much of javea but yet is not overlooked itself, and enjoys catching the stunning evening sunsets over the mountains which separate javea and moraira. the property is in a tranquil area and set in lush gardens with pine trees with a beautiful terraced pool. There are exterior stairs which lead down from the upstairs balcony to the newly refurbished 3 bedroom downstairs apartment which is fully contained and has its own courtyard.
