An immaculately presented quietly located apartment with large terrace and marina/sea views. Beach and port 5 mins walk. Ideal for a couple or room for a z-bed in living room. Fully fitted kitchen, walk-in shower / wc, lots of storage, parking space to rent. Very popular and easy walk to all amenities. The town of estepona is still 90% spanish and very charming. If you like torremolinas & benidorm, you will not like estepona!! gibraltar & marbella 20 mins drive. tv and vcr with many tapes to watch. if you have never been to estepona before, it is definitely worth an exploratory visit. Around 30% of clients re-book so it cannot be that bad!

Area Information

Estepona was founded 500 years ago and the central older part of the town is charming with narrow streets of small typical spanish homes. There are plazas to go and enjoy a drink; tapas; meal or just to sit and relax. There are two markets (wednesday & sunday) as well as large supermarkets to stock up with your normal and not-quite-so-normal food & drink. There is a lovely selection of shops in the town centre - no multiples, just individual spanish-owned places selling leatherware, clothes, cameras etc. Closeby are a 9 and 18 hole golf course, tennis, swimming, deep-sea fishing, dolphin-watching and selwo wild-life park. An easy drive takes you to the famous puerto banus; marbella; gibraltar and ronda. Slightly further, if you enjoy visiting new places, try cadiz; seville; cordoba; granada and the underrated malaga.
