Property Description

A fantastic 300 year old longere farmhouse on the normandy/brittany border. It sleeps 8 - 10 in 4 bedrooms. It has a swimming pool and a large games room with an adult size pool table and table football. A huge lounge, kitchen and dining room plus a garden room. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom plus washbasins in the upstairs bedrooms. The house is set in tranquil countryside and is very private but not isolated from the main towns of avranches and fougeres.

Area Information

The area is full of wonderful rural views, quiet lanes and pretty villages.There is leisure water park at st martin des langelles only 10 mins drive away. This has water slides, a huge pool, go karts, quad bikes and lots of other activiites..Avranches is only 15 mins drive and full of restaurants, cafes bars and very good shops including 5 large super/hypermrkets. Mont st michel is only 20 minutes drive away as are the beaches in normandy and brittany. There are many tourist attractions in the area open all year. You will not be bored!
