Property Description

This is a spacious three-bedroom attic apartment (100m2 + 60m2 terrace), full of light. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. A big living room sofa-bed provides extra sleeping space for two people. There is also one convertable bed available. The apartment has a small bathroom and a toilet, salon, kitchen, laundry room, and - as it's on the last floor (5th) - it has a very big terrace with nice views of the city. The building is new, with an elevator. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the terrace. amenities: 24-hour internet access (cable), computer (pentium iii), cable tv (large screen), dvd player, cd player, cd music and dvd film collection, refrigerator, water boiler, stove and oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board, gas heating, hair-dryer, bed linens, extra blankets, bath towels, soap, shampoo, etc. *baby bed and other supplements available upon request.

The apartment is situated in the very center of barcelona, only 1 minute walk from the city's landmark, sagrada familia. It is in a pedestrian zone, avenida gaudi, a beautiful avenue that leads from sagrada familia to hospital sant pau (yet another of gaudi's works). The apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing, as most major tourist attractions are within a walking distance, or at worst - 20 minutes by public transport. Train, metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
