General information this first floor, 2 bedroom bungalow is on the florida complex, 10 minutes from the centre of torrevieja, with its promenade, craft fair, and bars & restaurants. The bungalow is 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, local bars and restaurants, yet it is located in a quiet and peaceful area. the apartment also has a solarium roof terrace with furniture, bbq with privacy to sit in the wonderful spanish sun. Sun all day long, with views of hills and sea in the background. An ideal place to relax after a long day shopping, drinking and walking on the beach. All of the rooms have ceiling fans for during the summer months, and heaters for the winter months. This accommodation is ideal for the family, or for friends to sit and enjoy a week or two in pleasant company. The accommodation shares a large communal swimming pool we would recommend car hire, during the winter months. Area Information

The large bustling town of torrevieja is just three miles away with hundreds of bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market. Alicante and murcia airports are 30 miles and the nearest beach is within 10 minutes drive away. If you are a golfer, then they are many professional golf courses within a short walk or a 15 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably villamartin, las ramblas and campoamar.
