Property Description

The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, living room and dining room. The two ground floor rooms are airy and well adapted for family life. The house itself was built around the xvii and xviii centuries. It combines charm and authenticity. The restoration saved the traditional terracotta floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, and pietra-serena portals. The villa is decorated with tuscan traditional furniture and includes a salon with fireplace and grand piano. the view from any window is similar to viewing a landscape painting by an old master. There is a picnic area outside, on the grounds of the villa. A series of tree-lined avenues covers all the property, along which can be met pacific hidden places and panoramic looks of the chiana valley (valdichiana), and mountains to the horizon.
