The house is an independent three stories one, in the medieval centre of the village. The entrance is at the top of the stairs showed into the picture. the house is 80 sq/mt, with a big living room (30 sq/mt) equipped with sofa bed for two people and a wood stove, and one first little bathroom, both at the first level. at the second level (10 steps), there are an open space room with two closeable beds and a quite big kitchen and dining room full equipped, while at the third level (5 steps) there are a double sleeping room and a second bathroom. the house has been completely renewed in year 2000 and it has electric power, hot water, drinkable water and full gas heating. No tv. it is comfortable up to six people. it is possible to park the car very closely (20 to 200 mt,) in the streets all around it is possible to buy everything, thanks to a lot of different kind of shops, restaurants, pubs.

Pescasseroli is the headquarter of abruzzo national park, with a museum and a zoo, were you can see a couple of all the kinds of the animals living free into the park in winter a lot of ski-lifts work no more than 3 km far away from the village: you can practice alpine ski in such a place, and nordic ski everywhere into the park. Pescasseroli is between rome and naples: no more than 2 hours (150 km) by car..
